The form must be filled in, signed and sent by March 31st, 2016 and returned to the organizers.
After this date neither an exhibition space nor publication in the NMMC XXIV/10th NPCF advertisement tools website, programme, abstract book, etc.) will be guaranteed.
The application form should be signed and returned with a 50% deposit payment to the organizers.
IMPORTANT: If an invoice by an Italian contributor is needed, then the exposed sum must be added of IVA (+22%). In the case of a voluntary contribution, no invoice will be released.

TERMS OF PAYMENTS
50% due together with the signed application by March 31st, 2016.
The total amount should be received before June 30th, 2016.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation refunds of the 50% deposit will be possible until March 31st, 2016.
After March 31st, 2016 and until May 30th, 2016 only a refund of the 50% on the 50% deposit (25% on total sponsorship amount) will be possible. After May 31st, 2016 no refund will be possible.
Cancellation must be sent by e-mail to Euromeeting.  E-mail date will be considered as cancellation date.
 
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The terms and conditions of sponsorship and exhibiting are defined in the “GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR EXHIBITORS” paragraph of the Sponsorship documentation.

Sponsors may purchase extra registration fees for extra staff members or guests with a 30% discount on official fees.

FURTHER SUPPORT OPPORTUNITIES


 
Take advantage of one of our attractive support packages to gain visibility at the conference:  
1. Coffee Breaks served during the morning and afternoon sessions from Monday 12th to Wednesday 14th according to the Scientific Program. Each coffee break can be offered at a price of 1200 €.
This supporting option includes:
  • Installation of one roll-up banner and possibility to distribute company’s brochures
  • Sponsor’s logo on the event website.
2. Contribution for working Lunches served during the day of Monday 12th and Tuesday 13th.  Each working lunch can be offered at a price of 3000 €.
This supporting option includes:
  • Installation of one roll-up banner and possibility to distribute company’s brochures
  • No. 1 free registration fee/badge for sponsor’s staff member (inclusive of: attendance to all scientific sessions, Opening Ceremony, Welcome Cocktail, Congress kit, coffees, lunches and social dinner).

3. Contribution for Welcome Cocktail and for Gala Dinner (Sunday 11th and Tuesday 13th, respectively). The Welcome Cocktail will be held at the “Chiostro di San Lorenzo” and the Gala Dinner will be held at the Hotel Giò in Perugia.
Each option can be offered at a price of 5000 €.
This supporting option includes:

4. Contribute to the cost of bags, folders, pen drives, and printing, etc up to 1000 €.
Visibility will be guaranteed through the post of sponsor’s logo on the event website.
